Dr. Ching-Pin Huang brings together the perspectives of a physician, an attorney, and a legal scholar with a Ph.D. in Law. With decades of experience spanning clinical medicine, legal practice, healthcare regulation, technology law, and dispute resolution, he works at the intersection of medical judgment and legal accountability. His multidisciplinary background enables him to understand not only the realities of medical records, clinical decision-making, and professional practice, but also the legal structures governing litigation, regulatory compliance, institutional governance, risk management, and technological innovation.
He believes that law is more than a collection of rules and boundaries. At its best, it provides clarity, protection, and a dependable framework through which individuals and institutions can move forward with confidence.
